Launching the application leads to the appearance of the main window (picture 1).

On the top panel, the leftmost button calls the main menu (picture 2), the rightmost button starts saving the file.

The two arrow buttons move the cursor to the beginning or end of the document.

When you select the "Settings" item in the main menu, the application settings window opens (picture 3). In this window, the upper right button (in the form of a checkmark) saves the changes made and closes the settings window. The top left button closes the window without changing the application settings.

If you select the "Open" item in the main menu, a navigation window will appear (picture 4), in which you can select a disk (click on the disk icon in the upper right corner) and find the desired file.

If the list of recent files is activated in the settings menu, the item "Open recent" will be available in the main menu. If you click it, a list of recently opened files will appear (Figure 5). To open a file from the list of recent files, click on that file.

If the file is unavailable for any reason (for example, it was previously on a USB flash drive that was disabled), then a message will appear stating that the file is not available.

Unavailable files can be removed from the list. To do this, you need to click on the trash can icon on the right side of the line. For more information, see the FAQ .

Adding to the list of recent files starts from the moment you enable this option in the settings menu. Disabling this option clears the list.

The file opens in the main application window (picture 6).

If necessary, you can change the font (picture 7).

If you click "Search in text" in the main menu, a field for entering a search template will open on the top panel (picture 8). The magnifying glass button starts the search. The button to the right of it opens a window with search parameters (picture 9).
The search button on the bottom toolbar performs a similar function.

If you click the "Replace" item in the main menu, the search and replace window will open (picture 10). After starting the search, a panel with buttons for managing search and replace will appear at the top. If you immediately click the "Replace All" button, then this panel will not be displayed. And then a message will appear about the number of replacements performed.
The "Replace" button on the bottom toolbar performs a similar function.

If you click the main menu item "Undo" , the last change will be undone. For example, deleting / adding one character or block.
A similar function is performed by the "Undo" button on the bottom toolbar.

If you make a long press on the file name, a window with information about the file will be displayed (picture 11).

If you click the main menu item "Save as", a file navigation window will open.
By clicking on the button with the image of a folder, you can create a new folder in the current location (picture 12).

A button with a floppy disk image initiates saving the file to the selected disk (when you have write permissions).

A window will appear in which you can enter a file name and select a code page (picture 13)

You can also select the desired file in the list. And his name will be transferred to the input window. (To do this, in the settings enable the option "Show the contents of folders")

If you make a long press on a file, the context menu of file operations will open (picture 14).

If there is no access right to the memory (SD or USB), a window will appear asking for access rights. After the access rights have been granted, you need to call the file operations menu again.
